American Academy of Family Physicans
The AAFP offers many live and home‑study CME opportunities. In addition, both AAFP journals (American Family Physician and Family Practice Management) offer CMEs (an average of 90 hrs/year for AFP and 20 hrs/year for FPM).
Health care publisher AHC Media is responsible for the content of the continuing education courses it offers. Courses are free, but registration is required. Courses can be sorted by specialty and by accrediting body. Weekly e‑mail alerts about new offerings are available.
Cleveland Clinc's Center for Continuing Education
The Cleveland Clinc's Center for Continuing Education sponsors or
jointly sponsors live CME courses, as well as other regularly scheduled activities. Participants may choose among text‑based programs,web‑casts, and podcasts. Free registration is required to earn credits.
Medscape CME Today offeres more than 850 online CME activities. Coursesare free, but registration is required. Content can be browsed by specialty, and News CME is available. Many sessions award Academy of Family Physicians as well as American Medical Association credit.

Clinical Key offers subscribers FREE Internet Point of Care CME credit for self-directed, structured, online learning. Physicians may earn 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit for each search conducted through ClinicalKey. The CME is provided by the Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education.
New England Journal of Medicine
The NEJM Review CME Program is a comprehensive home study program based on the most clinically relevant New England Journal of Medicine articles.
These 50-credit exams consist of board-style questions written to emphasize key issues from the most recent six-month volume of NEJM issues. The exams are offered in March and September.
Natural Medicines offers courses for multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Students / other users may take courses for training purposes without generating credit certificates. Requirements differ based on discipline, license and location. If unsure, please contact your local agency. New users must create a personal profile.
DynaMed CME activtities are based on a reflective process in which a learner 1) identifies a problem in practice, 2) accesses content in search of an answer from DynaMed content, and 3) documents the clinical question and the application to practice. Physicians conducting structured online searching and learning may claim 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the documented completion of the three-step learning cycle. A maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ may be claimed per year for this activity.
